Functions of DMHA
DMHA was used as a replacement for the popular stimulant DMAA. This has also made DMHA a popular pre-workout ingredient. This was not surprising given its potential effectiveness as a stimulant [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]. Today, sale as a dietary supplement may no longer be allowed.
